This website ("the Site") is operated by Teva Pharmaceuticals Europe B.V. ("Teva") . Teva is referred to in this privacy notice as “we”, “us” and “our.”
Scope of this Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice applies to personal data we collect through this Site. It describes your data protection rights and how we use your personal data , including a right to object to some of the processing which we carry out. More information about your rights, and how to exercise them, is set out in the “How we store your information and your rights” section below.
Our Site may include links to other websites over which we have no control. Teva is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other websites. We may also link to other websites operated by Teva or Teva’s affiliated companies which operate under separate privacy policies. If you access these websites via our Site, you should review the privacy policies of those sites so you can understand how they collect, use and share your information.
How we use your information
We may collect personal data about you when you use our Site. The personal data we collect will depend on whether you choose to register on our Site and create a personal account. Registration is not mandatory and you can still view information on our Site without a personal account. If you do not register then we do not collect any personal data from you.
You may choose to create a personal account in order to specify the type of information you wish to view on Site and use the reminder and tracker services under the ‘My Journey’ portal. As part of the registration process, we will collect the following personal data in order to create your account:
- your name;
- e-mail address;
- mobile phone number (optional); and
- Site password;
You will provide this information yourself by submitting the information on the Site.
Once you have registered on our Site you will have access to the ‘My Journey’ portal where we offer specific services that you may choose to use, including a goal and activity tracking services, a medication reminder service and an injection tracker service. In order to use these services you may enter further personal data, including health data or location data. It is not mandatory to enter any information and the data you do choose to enter is purely for the purpose of providing you with the relevant service(s).
Please note that the data you choose to enter is not being monitored or accessed by Teva. However administration and hosting of the site is performed by Teva affiliate in Germany, who processes the data purely for the purpose of providing you with the service(s) you choose to use. Teva does not accept any liability for the accuracy of the data you input.
Any data you input on our Site will only be retained for as long as you maintain an account on our Site.
In addition, Teva may automatically collect information about the website that you came from or are going to. Teva also collects information on the parts of the Site you visit, the type of browser you use and the times you access the Site. However, this information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
We process the personal data we collect to allow us to:
- analyse the use of our Site;
- create your personal account; and
- provide your requested communications or services.
Sharing your personal data
The data mentioned above will only be shared with other members of the Teva group of companies when such companies are involved in the administration of this Site or interactions with you. You can view a list of all the Teva affiliates here. Our Teva affiliate in Germany (Graf-Arco-Str. 3, D - 89079 Ulm, Germany) maintains the Site and hosts all data received through the Site on their secured server.
We may use aggregated information so we can administer and improve the Site, analyse trends and gather broad demographic information.

You may be entitled under applicable law to ask Teva for a copy of your information, to correct it, erase or restrict its processing, or to ask us to transfer some of this information to other organisations. You may also have rights to object to some processing. These rights may be limited in some situations – for example, where we can demonstrate we have a legal requirement to process your personal data.
Where you have consented to the processing of your data, you may withdraw such consent at any time.

International transfers
Teva operates internationally and will transfer your information to countries outside your own country and outside the European Economic Area, including to Israel and the United States. When transferring your information to Israel, Teva relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision with respect to the transfer of data from the European Union to Israel; when transferring to the US, Teva uses Teva Pharmaceutical USA Ltd.’s Privacy Shield certification; when transferring to other countries outside the EEA, Teva generally relies on EU Commission approved standard contractual clauses. If our privacy policy changes in any way, Teva will place an updated version of the policy on this page. Regularly reviewing this page ensures that you are always aware of what information we collect, how Teva uses it and under what circumstances, if any, we will share it with other parties.
