Scrambled eggs with vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tomato
- ½ cucumber

- Chives

Method
- Slice the carrot and cucumber into thin strips.
- Slice the tomato.
- Chop the chives.
- Beat the egg with a pinch of nutmeg, salt, and pepper until fluffy.
- Scramble the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle with chives.
- Serve on 2 slices of bread with the vegetables.
