Ingredients
- 50 g cooked whole wheat noodles
- 50 g cooked green peas
- 50 g lean ham
- ½ shallot
- 50 g mushrooms
- ½ cooking apple
- 25 g bean sprouts
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon safflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Peel and dice the apple.
- Slice the mushrooms, dice the ham, and chop the shallots.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic
- Make a dressing using the oil, vinegar, and garlic. Add salt and pepper.
- Place the noodles and all the vegetables except the bean sprouts in a bowl and marinate in the dressing.
- Add the bean sprouts.
