Mixed salad

Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 small can of green beans
- 50 g anchovies
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 lettuce
- 1 green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 6 black olives
- A few chive stalks
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, cool in a bowl of cold water, and remove shells.
- Wash and drain the lettuce and arrange the leaves in the base of a serving dish.
- Scatter the beans on top.
- Slice the pepper and cut 3 of the tomatoes into quarters.
- Break the tuna with a fork and arrange it in the centre of the salad.
- Drain the anchovies, and arrange them on top of the salad.
- Garnish with olives and finish with the last tomato, cut into slices, and the chopped chives.
- To make the salad dressing, mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Serve immediately.
