Banana and strawberry smoothie

Ingredients
- 200g strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 150 ml water
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
Method
- Peel and chop the bananas.
- Wash and halve the strawberries, remove the stalks, and add them to the sliced bananas.
- Place all the fruit in a blender, then add the caster sugar and water and blend.
- Serve chilled.
